| The Amazonas Rainforest is perhaps the most important biological reserve in the world. This is a fantastic region with an incredible biodiversity, an amazing water supply, and the biggest oxygen supply in the planet. Our Amazonas rainforest tours: Even though the jungles of Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia are part of the Amazonas River area, these 3 countries offer different touring alternatives that have their own impressive attractions. Ecuador offers, perhaps, the easiest way to get to the rainforest. If starting from the capital, Quito city, in a 4-5 hour drive you will be in the fabulous amazon jungle . Several jungle lodges are available at different prices and comfortability: Yacuma Lodge, Establo de Tomas Lodge, Sacha Lodge. Peru has great alternatives in the Manu National Park, in the Madre de Dios River area or in the great Amazonas River itself. However distances are bigger and normally a 40 min - 1 hour flight is required to get there. Bolivia is arising in tourism and offers very good touring alternatives: Madidi National Park and the Kempf Reserve, etc. A flight is necessary if you want to get to the rainforest of Bolivia.
