                 MOUNT ACONCAGUA CLIMBING EXPEDITION (17 DAYS /16 NIGHTS)

                    
Aconcagua, the tallest mountain in the Americas (6,962m / 22,835ft)

Andes Adventures organizes Mount Aconcagua climbing expeditions via de north normal route, the beautiful Guanacos Valley Route & Traverse or the more demanding Polish route. We provide all the camping equipment, food, mules, professional mountain guides and hotel accommodations in Mendoza (also in Santiago de Chile if requested) and arrange the entrance fees to the Aconcagua National Park. Enjoy our Mount Aconcagua climbing trips with professional experienced English speaking mountain guides from Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Argentina.

Ascent via the Normal Route:

Day 1: Arrival in Mendoza (2430 ft -740 m). Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Evening welcome metting.

Day 2: Transfer to Puente del Inca (or Penintentes) at 2720 m (8920 ft). Lodge accommodations.

Day 3: Start our first day trek towards Confluencias camp (11,045 ft - 3368 m). Great place surrorunded by impressive landscape.

Day 4: Acclimatization trekking day towards the base of the famous AconcaguaŽ South Face (14,104 ft - 4300 m). Camp in Confluencias.

Day 5: Trekking to the Plaza de Mulas base camp (14,104 ft - 4300 m). This is the place where we will spend a couple of days aclimatizing and enjoying the view of the surrounding mountains.

Days 6 - 8: A combination of resting days with walks on the area and provisioning to the high camps.

Day 9: Climb to camp 1 (Camp Canada)(15,744ft - 4800m). Overnight in tents.

Day 10: Climb to camp 2 at Nido de Condores (17,384ft - 5300 m).

Day 11: Climb to Camp 3 at Berlin (19,024ft - 5800m).

Day 12: Climb Aconcagua. Berlin Camp.

Day 13: Reserve day for Climbing Mount Aconcagua

Day 14: Descend to Plaza de Mulas base camp.

Day 15: Trekking down to Horcones Valley and transport
to Puente del Inca (or Penitentes).

Day 16: Transfer to Mendoza. Hotel accommodations.

Day 17: Transfer out to the airport or bus or train stations.

Included: all transfers, all meals while on the mountain, professional mountain guides, camp cook,
helpers, complete camping equipment, comfortable hotel accommodations.

Not included: international and domestic flights, airport taxes, meals in cities or hotels, extras, tips, entrance fee to Aconcagua Park.

We also offer Mount Aconcagua climbing trips on the beautiful Guanacos Valley & Traverse Route or the more demanding Polish Route.
