| Climbing Mount Alpamayo (5957 m / 19539 ft) 15 Days/14 Nights expedition Mount Alpamayo, the world´s most beautiful mountain, is in fact one of the most amazing icy peaks of the Andes of Peru. It is in every mountain climber dreams of climbing Mt. Alpamayo one of its stunning runnels. It is not the difficulty that inspires the climbers but it´s magnificent setting among the everlasting snowcaps of the Cordillera Blanca, 6000 m above sea level. We will climb Alpamayo´s Ferrari route, an steep fluted wall on the southwest face of the mountain . Our Mount Alpamayo climbing trekking itinerary: Day 1. Arrival in Lima, Peru. Hotel accommodations. Day 2. Transport to Huaraz. Hotel accommodations. Day 3. In Huaraz for acclimation. Day hike to Lake Churup. Hotel. Day 4. Transport to Cashapampa village and trek towards Ichicocha camp. Day 5. Trek towards Alpamayo base camp (4350 m - 14,270 ft). Day 6. Trek to set up our camp on the moraine at the edge of the glacier at 16,580 ft (5055 m). Back to base camp. Day 7. Resting day. Day 8. Night on the moraine camp. Day 9. Climb to the Coll. Camp at 18,000 ft (5490 m). Day 10. Climb to the summit and descend to the coll camp. Day 11. Descend to the base camp. Day 12. Reserve day in case of bad weather or other circunstances. Day 13. Trek down to Cashapampa and transport to Huaraz. Dinner. Day 14. Transport to Lima. Day 15. Transfer out. |

We provide: Private transport from Lima to Huaraz and back, all entrance fees, professional mountain guides (ASEGUIM certified), meals, complete camping equipment, cook, helpers, horses cargo transportation, communal climbing gear.
